Free Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

By entering the prize draw you are agreeing to these prize draw terms and conditions.
The prize draw is being run by Okell & Son Ltd (Okell’s).

The prize draw is only open to entrants over 18 years of age. (Okell’s and associated companies within the Heron and Brearley Group’s staff members are excluded from the draw).
In entering the prize draw, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win.
A maximum of one entry per individual is permitted.
The prize draw is free to enter.

The prize draw will include those who correctly answer the question and supply their contact details up to 12 noon on 07 June 2024 for the £250 Steam Packet voucher. Entries after that time and date will not be included in the draw. The spot prizes will be drawn on a daily basis from entries received up to that time.

Okell’s will not accept responsibility if contact details provided are incomplete or inaccurate.

The prizes will be one £250 steam packet voucher and daily spot prizes of 4 x 330ml packs of Zero and 1907 beer throughout the duration of the campaign. Only one spot prize can be awarded per person.
Okell’s use of particular brands as prizes does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement of such brands.
The winners will be drawn at random.
The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternatives will be offered.
We reserve the right to substitute prizes with another prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond our control make it necessary to do so.
The decision of Okell’s regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.

The winner of the £250 Steam Packet voucher will be notified on or after 7^th June 2024 via the email or telephone number provided during subscription.
Okell’s will attempt to contact the winner by email / telephone up to two times.
If the winner does not respond to the emails notifying them of their win within 14 days of the second email, they will lose their right to the prize, and Okell’s reserves the right to choose and notify a new winner.

Please allow 14 days for delivery of the £250 Steam Packet Voucher. The daily spot prizes will need to be collected from Okell’s Brewery, Kewaigue, Isle of Man, IM2 1QG.

You consent to any personal information you provide in entering the prize draw being used by Okell’s for the purposes of administering the prize draw, and for those purposes as defined within our Privacy Policy.
All entrants may apply for details of the winning participant by contacting us at info@okells.co.uk
The winners agree to the release of their name to any other prize draw participants if requested via Okell’s.
An announcement of the winner’s name and a presentation photograph may be posted on Okell’s social media pages.
All personal information shall be used in accordance with Okell’s Privacy Policy.

Okell’s does not accept any liability for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrants as a result of either participating in the prize draw or being selected for a prize, save that Okell’s does not exclude its liability for death or personal injury as a result of its own negligence.
Okell’s does not provide any form of practical or IT support for this prize. On receipt, all responsibilities relating to warranty and the product are that of the prize winner.

Okell’s reserves the right to cancel the prize draw or amend these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice.
The prize draw and these terms and conditions will be governed by Manx law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Isle of Man.
